Why is Evolve so different?

Evolve is the first traditional estate agency to give you the option to save money based on your participation. We are an established local estate agency with a real office. We offer you substantial discounts for contributing to viewings, brochure text, photographs, videos and more.

These are all optional; you can still enjoy our services in the traditional way and let us do all the work if you wish. You'll find our standard fees are normally less than other local agents and you can still use MyEvolve.

What are the benefits of using Evolve?

Evolve is the most high-tech estate agency in your area. We have taken the best of traditional high street estate agencies and internet fees, then evolved them into a business model that works best for you and us. We know from years of experience that sellers can get frustrated by the way viewings are conducted, the angle of photos, how often they are updated etc etc, so now you can take control and save a lot of money in the process!

What kind of property can I sell with Evolve?

We welcome all kinds of property; houses, flats, bungalows, from £50,000 to £5m, it makes no difference. If you have land, a shop, a garage or an industrial estate, we have sold them all before, so Evolve is the perfect platform to sell your property. Can I sell with another agent at the same time?

Yes of course, we don't have a sole agency agreement however you will miss out on some features that only we offer.

What area do you cover?

Evolve are currently based in Andover and operate in a 25 mile radius including areas such as Whitchurch, Overton, Basingstoke, Winchester, Salisbury, Newbury and Amesbury. If you are uncertain if we are in your area please do give us a call on 01264 300301

Why should we choose you over another agent?

Where do you advertise your properties?

Your property will be listed on the major property websites Rightmove.co.uk and OnTheMarket.com . They will also be listed on our own website and sometimes promoted on our social media.

Will you do viewings for me?

We appreciate not everybody has time to do viewings and our experienced team are more than happy to accompany viewings on your behalf. However, if you do wish to do them yourself you are more than welcome to and we will discount your fee accordingly.

Why do you need to visit me?

We are legally required to visit before we sign off on a property and put it live. This protects us and you from claims of missrepresentation. It is always a relaxed chat and it is handy for us to see inside so we can describe it to potential viewers.

I would prefer to talk to someone in person first

I’m not very good at computers – can you do this for me?

Yes of course, but it is very easy, so have a go. Please do give us a call on 01264 300301 and a member of our team will visit and fill out the details later for you.

What are your opening hours?

Our office is open 9-5.30 Monday to Friday and 9 – 3 on Saturdays. However the online portals are available for use at all times

When do I pay using Fee Saver?

You won't pay a penny until after completion. Plus we operate on a no-sale, no-fee basis so if you don’t sell, you won’t pay at all.

When do I pay using Fee Save Plus?

Our Fee Saver Plus package offers you a much bigger saving overall if you pay a non-refundable admin fee upfront. Any final fee will be transferred by your solicitor on completion and is covered by our no sale, no fee policy, so if you don't sell you won't pay a final fee.

What is an EPC?

Every property sold in the UK has required an Energy Performance Certificate since 2008. It shows an assessment of the energy performance of your property and recommends improvements you could make. EPCs last 10 years so if your property has been on the market within that time it is likely it still has one (you can check on the EPC register). If you need one, we can easily arrange that for you – just choose the correct option on the EPC section of your registration form.

What happens if someone offers?

We will negotiate and verify the offers on your behalf as we are traditional estate agents, keeping you fully updated. If somebody offers to you direct at a viewing, please ask them to contact us if you do not feel comfortable dealing with the situation directly.

What happens once I’ve agreed a price with a buyer?

From here on in we take on the sale of your property through to completion. We will deal directly with solicitors, translate any legal jargon for you and keep you regularly updated. We will deal with any tricky eventualities that appear and work towards getting you exchanged and completed within a timeframe that suits you and your buyer. This is the part you pay your agent for but so many agents seem to forget about a property once a sale has been agreed. We promise to never put you in a drawer and forget about you.
