    Whilst we have a DPS account, for tenant finds you will require your own registration. Unfortunately we cannot offer advice relating to deposit management, dilapidation claims etc as you are using a tenant find service only

    Legislation

    Renting out a property is now a legal minefield and thus you agree that by using our advertising services you are confirming that you will have all of the necessary legal certificates and documentation in place before the tenancy starts. If you are unsure, we strongly recommend you go for a managed option via our premium partner Bournes Town & Country.
